Creativity, storytelling, and expression are central to Uche’s understanding of identity, meaning, and human transformation. As a theatre director, playwright, producer, and creative educator, he has spent more than two decades using storytelling as a tool for reflection, learning, and personal development. Through theatre, he explores questions of purpose, leadership, faith, responsibility, culture, and human possibility.

He is the Founder of Oracles ArtWorld International, a creative platform dedicated to inspiring individuals to discover and develop their unique purpose through creativity, learning, and self-expression. His productions often draw from historical narratives, cultural heritage, and spiritual themes while addressing contemporary questions about identity and human responsibility. Selected works include: Exodus Series, Judas, Kwazika, Clarion, and A Tale of Three Joes.

His creative work has engaged audiences across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Beyond directing and writing, he remains committed to developing future creative voices through mentorship and creative education initiatives. Through the Final Prints Curious Minds Project, he supports young creatives in cultivating originality, intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and purposeful self-expression. For Uche, creativity is not merely artistic expression. It is a means of helping people better understand themselves, their communities, and their capacity for meaningful contribution.

As an educator, researcher, and academic leader, Uche is committed to advancing scholarship that bridges intellectual inquiry with real-world relevance.
At Robert Gordon University, he serves as Senior Lecturer in Law, Research Degrees Coordinator, and Co-Director of the Centre for Legal Rights, Social Justice and Inclusion (CLARION).

Alongside his academic work, Uche maintains an active commitment to governance, legal practice, institutional stewardship, and public service. He is dual-qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales and a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. His professional experience spans legal practice, governance advisory, regulatory compliance, and institutional development across multiple jurisdictions. Earlier in his career, he worked with HSBC Bank Plc, Templars, and Alfred James & Co Solicitors. He is also the Founding Partner of Greydern Associates, a consultancy focused on governance advisory, charity law, institutional strategy, and cross-border governance systems.
